Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Calibrate Ops & Advisors ("Calibrate Ops," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit calibrateops.com (the "Site") or contact us through it, how we use that information, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and the message you write. We also keep any details you choose to include in your messages or later correspondence.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and the services described below may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. This is standard for any website.
We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and discuss working together.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including preventing spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Site and handle your messages. They may process information on our behalf, and each has its own privacy policy:
- Vercel hosts the Site and keeps standard server logs.
- Resend delivers the emails generated by our contact form.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from real people. It may collect technical signals, such as your IP address and browser details, to do this.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts used on the Site, so your browser requests them from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Unsplash hosts some of the images shown on the Site, so your browser requests them from Unsplash's servers.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
Cookies
We do not set cookies to track you. Some of the third-party services above may use cookies or similar technologies where needed to work, for example to tell people from automated bots. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, manage our business relationship, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain uses, or to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email us at calibrate@calibrateops.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send highly sensitive information, such as government ID or financial account numbers, through the contact form.
Children
The Site is intended for business visitors and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, such as team members' LinkedIn profiles. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated policy.
